Raw Food Sweet Sauces And Jams

And even the so called healthy varieties in stores must contain some preservatives to be able to stay on the shelf. Fruity raw food jams are so easy to prepare and hey – they are cheaper as well as healthier!
Your Fruity Raw Food Jams
This is so simple and you can add whatever you like to adjust the flavor to your liking.
Trial and error is the key, my favorite is always red and dark berries, especially raspberries, Just think of all those anti-oxidants!
I just Love raspberries and this can be whipped up in a second.
Of course fresh is always best, but frozen is the next best and my freezer is never without my favorite raspberries, blackberries and blueberries …ooo yum!
So This Raw Food Jam …… is simply..

I cup of your favorite fruits
1/4 of a cup of dates (madjool dates are best)
place in your processor and pulse gently ….done!
Don’t make too much, it will only keep for 3-4 day’s in your fridge. It is so easy to make I usually just make it as I need it.
How About A Raw Food Saucy Number?
Great for raw food pancakes and crepes
A cup of raspberries
A cup of blackberries (or your fav choice)
1/2 cup of Agave or raw maple syrup
You can add a little organic red wine if you like?
