My Raw Food Medicine For Today – Pineapple Juice

I am feeling good again after my horrid virus, my energy is rising and aches and pains gone but – I still have that mucous feeling, you know how it lurks about for a while? It is not nice, so today’s medicine is my Raw Food Pineapple Juice. How can medicine taste sooooo good? :)

Raw Food Pineapple Juice

Pure Pineapple Juice - My Raw Food Healer

The taste of the raw food Pineapple juice can only be described as heavenly, beautiful creamy rich sweet flavour.

Pineapple is a great raw food for satisfying your sweet tooth and loaded with vitamins it’s a great healthy option.

But – Far better news than that is the health benefits of this gorgeous raw food juice.

Pineapple is a natural anti-inflammatory and also helps us enormously with our digestion. The enzyme bromeline is present in our pineapple and it is a very powerful enzyme that helps us to digest up to 1000 times its weight in protein! And – yep it will dissolve excess mucous, thank heavens.

Pineapples are packed solid with vitamins, natural fat’s, amino acid’s and natural sugars.

This raw food then is a great help to those suffering with hay fever or asthma! It Has been known to cure sore throats, bronchitis and laryngitis.

As an anti-inflammatory, it is useful for treating conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or just painful joints, basically anything that leaves us with swelling. It helps us with tissue repair and aids recovery from illness or after surgery.

More music to my ears is that our raw food pineapple is superb for returning our bodies to a balanced acid/alkaline level!

Why I Choose Juice Over Smoothie For My Raw Food Pineapple

Well I just love the juice, but more important than that, I want to get it in to my system quickly and get fast results and Juices do just that.

As this is pure pineapple, I have no intention of wasting the pulp! So I whiz it just a little more to refine it in a small blender

and then I put it in my ice cube trays and freeze :)

Raw Food Delights

These little beauties can be added to smoothies later or they can be served as an ice cream type dessert or even used in a Gourmet raw food dessert!

Being as it is Valentines soon maybe I will use them then. My other half Steve, has a huge sweet tooth and he adores pineapple so these may keep him away from the not so good sweeties for a while. Valentines day is also Steve’s birthday,

so who know’s maybe he will get a raw food treat :)
